I love Fonte Coffee and I love Goldfinch Tavern so when I found out that Goldfinch Tavern made their Espresso Martini with Fonte, I had to stop in and give it a try! Thanks to bar manager William for making this delicious treat for me! It’s made with a shot of Fonte’s First Avenue Espresso which is named for the flagship Fonte cafe’s location in downtown Seattle where it sits neighbors to Goldfinch. Get the full recipe below!
The Fonte Espresso Martini:
1 shot First Avenue Fonte Espresso
1.5 oz vodka (Goldfinch uses Grey Goose)
.5 oz Bailey’s
3 espresso beans for garnish
Directions:
Brew your First Avenue Fonte Espresso.
Pour the vodka, espresso and Bailey’s into a cocktail shaker.
Fill martini glass with ice to chill and fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Put the top back on your shaker and shake, shake, shake!
Using a strainer, pour the contents of the shaker into your chilled martini glass.
Garnish with Fonte Coffee espresso beans.
DRINK!!!
