Here’s Everything on the Menu at Le Petit Cochon for Seattle Restaurant Week (& It’s All F*cking Delicious)

Seattle Restaurant Week is here and while it’s a an absolutely delicious time for the food lovers in this city, it can also be overwhelming. With 165 local participating restaurants this year and only 14 days total to dine out, you could never try them all. The first night of SRW I visited one of my all time favorite restaurants in Seattle, Le Petit Cochon, to check out their menu and (not surprisingly), I was blown away. Derek Ronspies and team are doing such creative and fantastically delicious things in the kitchen that I am always impressed when I dine here and Monday night was no exception. If you haven’t eaten here yet, now is the time to do it on the cheap. During Seattle Restaurant week you will enjoy three courses for $33 at participating restaurants!

COURSE 1 OPTIONS

White Bean Soup

White Bean Soup + Marinated Kale + Italian Sausage Meatballs + Coriander Crema + Torn Croutons + Raisin Caper Vin

Fried Chicken Roulade

Fried Chicken Roulade + Buffalo Butter + Celery Slaw + Cornbread Donuts + Blue Cheese Vin

Marinated beet salad

Marinated Beet Salad + Cream Cheese Croutons + Errything Spice + Cured Lardo  + Pistachio Butter + Orange Horseradish Vin + Pea Tendrils

COURSE 2 OPTIONS

Potato Chip Crusted Fish Cake + Malt Vinegar Aioli  Gribiche Vin + Minted Peas + Pickled Potatoes + Lemon Confit

Forbidden Rice Risotto

62° Hell or High Water Chicken Egg + Forbidden Rice Risotto + Sesame Greens + Crispy Wonton + Yellow Cayenne Curry + Nuoc Mam Gung + Hanh Phi + Peanuts

LPC Over Roasted Coppa Bacon

Oven Roasted Coppa Bacon + Celeriac Remoulade + Black Garlic Puree + Arugula Pesto + Shaved Rye + Pickled Cherries + Urfa Biber Lemon Vin
