Walla Walla Restaurant Month has been beyond delicious! We’ve been eating and drinking our way through as many of the offerings as we can this month and I’ve rounded up a blog of all the experiences we’ve had thus far. You have one week left to cash in on these delectable deals, so make those reservations now!
1. The Tasting Menu at Passatempo Taverna: 3 Courses for $39
Passatempo is one of my very favorite restaurants. Like everything else they do, their Restaurant Month menu is fantastic:
Course 1: Kale Salad with Mama Lil’s Peppers, Pecorino, Focaccia Crouton and Charred Onion Dressing
Course 2: Pesto Rosso Casarecce OR Cacio e Pepe
Course 3: Buckwheat Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache and Olive Oil Gelato
2. Walla Walla Steak Co.: 3 Courses for $39
Walla Walla Steak Co. is also doing a three course pre-fix menu for $39 and it’s fabulous:
Course 1: Baby Kale & Delicata Squash Salad OR Celery Root Soup
Course 2: Smoked Tri Tip with Poblano Cheddar Grits OR Ora King Salmon with Chanterelle Relish and Crispy Potatoes
Course 3: White Chocolate Bread Pudding OR Silken Chocolate Torte
3. The Hearts Package at The Marcus Whitman Hotel
The Marcus Whitman is offering “The Hearts Package” for Walla Walla Restaurant Month, which includes a night stay, $80 dining voucher to The Marc, sparkling wine, and chocolate-covered strawberries. And P.S. – the hotel is dog-friendly 🙂 . Call The Marcus Whitman to book this experience at (509) 525 – 2200.
And Don’t Miss…
D’Olivio Tasting Bar: 15% off all bubbles and 10% off all rosé for the month of February! This is one of my very favorite stores in Walla Walla and they have a fantastic sparkling wine selection (as well as local cheeses and high-quality cookware).
The Finch: Book your February stay and save 30% off their Best Available Rate for a one-night stay, 35% off on two-nights, or 40% off a stay of three nights or more! We have stayed here many times and love it – it’s modern and located right downtown!
