The Kitchen at Abeja is Open and Serving Spectacular Five and Seven-Course Tasting Menus

August 14, 2021

It’s no surprise that Abeja Winery and Inn‘s newly opened The Kitchen at Abeja is absolutely magnificent. Located in their beautiful tasting room on their 38-acre farmstead property, the five and seven-course tasting experiences that Chef Elodie Li is serving will make you go weak at the knees. A native of Kirkland, Washington, Chef Li has spent the last several years cooking at Michelin-starred restaurants in the South of France. Her Northwest-inspired menus change daily and feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the vineyards, farms, orchards, coastal waters, and ranches of Washington State.

We had the esteemed pleasure of dining at The Kitchen by Abeja this week, and the experience was like none I’ve had since moving to lovely Walla Walla. Each course was both aesthetically stunning, and incredibly thoughtful and delicious. Fresh, bright flavors, fantastic service, and Abeja wines that paired beautifully with each course made for an extremely elevated meal. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or have an eloquent dining experience when you’re in Washington Wine Country, The Kitchen by Abeja is an absolute must.

We enjoyed the seven-course menu (with wine pairings, of course); scroll on for all the mouthwatering photos and dish descriptions.

[…] The Kitchen at Abeja has taken fine dining in Walla Walla to a different level. Led by the talented Chef Elodi Li, the Kitchen at Abeja offers a hyper-local and seasonal menu that changes weekly (and features herbs from their on-site garden). Choose from a five or seven-course meal and, of course, wine pairings are available. See my full blog on The Kitchen at Abeja here. […]
