I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Kashiba in Pike Place Market. The latest from sushi master Chef Shiro Kashiba, this is a truly magnificent place to dine (and it’s officially my new favorite restaurant in Seattle). Here’s a little sneak peek of the deliciousness:

And because Poke is ALL the rage right now – Sashimi Tuna Poke: Cubed tuna sashimi, flying fish roe, scallions, and seaweed in house poke sauce.
My first taste of uni. I liked it, very buttery and what a perfect place to try it for the first time.
