It’s no secret that Soi is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle (they have what is currently my favorite brunch in the city). Their Khao Soi Noodle soup is a dish I’ve had dozens of times, and I’m sure I’ll eat it dozens more. They’ve also got a Spicy Curried Prawns dish that makes me want to lick the plate every time I get it. But this delicious spot is more than just incredible Northern Thai food; they’ve also got a fantastic bar program with over 100 bottles of whiskey and one of the largest collections of Japanese whiskey in town.
Soi’s just launched their new fall cocktail menu and I got a peek at the beautiful, boozy things happening here this week. Their cocktail menu is made up of Soi Classics, which are created by the uber-talented bar manager Kyle Browning, as well as classic cocktails, and the menu changes seasonally, featuring cocktails that highlight seasonal ingredients. Here’s a rundown of all the new libations they’ve rolled out for fall.
