Welcome to lovely Seabrook, a planned community on the rugged Washington Coast. This beautiful beach town is only a two and a half hour drive from downtown Seattle, making it a fantastic option for your Pacific Northwest Getaway this summer!
The whole concept of Seabrook is to be a walkable community and this is the town center. You can walk anywhere in the little town in five minutes or less! And it has everything you need – multiple restaurants, ice cream shop, wine bar, beer garden, general store, community pool and gym, incredible beach access and so much more!
Every home in Seabrook is just a minute or two walk from the beach and we started every morning here with our coffee and cameras.
Seabrook has taken strict measures to protect against COVID-19, such as currently offering a 7 night minimum stay and requiring homes to sit empty for a minimum of 24 hours between rentals.
Seabrook also offers contact free check in, requires masks and has closed some of their community amenities. Read about everything they’re doing to keep guests safe during COVID-19 here.
There are so many housing and rental options in Seabrook – from apartments and cottages to beach front homes that will sleep 16! You are guaranteed to find the right fit for your family!
All of the homes in Seabrook are modern, sleek and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to work from home!
And there are clearly some great rental options for larger families! Here is a link the the exact home we stayed in, Memory Lane, a four bedroom house with two large decks and massive kitchen!
This porch is my ideal work situation.
It’s also the perfect place to relax! Our rental house had a hot tub and a stunning bathtub.
It’s honestly just picturesque everywhere you turn here. Do not leave your camera at home!
The Front Street Market has all your breakfast sammie, coffee and basic needs covered.
And you can grab some seriously bomb pizza from Frontager’s to go (or eat it on site, they have socially distanced indoor seating and patio seating available).
There are so many thoughtful, community focused touches that makes Seabrook the special place that it is – like this outdoor communal fire pit.
And this bocce ball area nestled between the cottages.
There are endless beaches and paths to explore here.
We found over a dozen full sand dollars on the beach one morning!
There’s a darling wine bar, The Stowaway, on site (praise be).
They have a fantastic collection of bottles here that you can enjoy in the shop, on the patio or at home!
And you can get cheese and charcuterie boards for dine in or take out.
The Washington Coast is a fierce and moody mistress and I love her. You can photograph the same exact spot over and over and it will never look the same.
Koko’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar is bringing your guac and taco fix to Seabrook and I seriously loved everything that we ate here. Everything is super fresh and delicious!
The chicken tortilla soup (which has Mozzarella in and is magical) and the chicken flautas are not to be missed here. I also highly recommend every single margarita on the menu 😉
It was dreary almost the entire time we were at Seabrook but the sun did peek out on our last day.
I hope you will be lucky enough to see a moment like this one – where the sea turns to glass and you can’t tell where the water ends and the horizon begins. Visit Seabrook’s website to start planning your Washington Coast getaway today!

Just spent a few days on the coast, and a bit of time at Seabrook. What a great little community to get away to, especially for families. We are looking at possibly renting a place at Seabrook for Christmas for a family getaway this year.
Cheers,
Stephanie….
