A couple of months ago, my dad and I decided we were going to meet up in Denver for Father’s Day to go to a Rockie’s game, drink some whiskey (him) and champagne (me) and eat a lot of good food. As we started making our plans, I realized how close to Aspen I was going to be and could not pass up the opportunity to have Chef Byron Gomez on the podcast that week (and boy was that a great episode, y’all)! Byron is the executive chef at the uber-elegant and fantastically delicious 7908 Aspen, where I not only had the pleasure of interviewing him for the podcast, but also got to photograph a large portion of the menu, which is just absolutely stunning aesthetically (and somehow tastes even better).
