It’s no secret that Adana is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. I also have the honor and pleasure of helping these guys out with food photography and social media management, which means I get to photograph a lot of their food (literally a dream job for me). At Adana, Chef Shota Nakajima and crew elevate Japanese comfort food in a kaiseki style dining experience with options of three ($37), five ($62) and seven course ($88) tasting menus that change monthly.
